Do you work with smaller organisations?
Yes. We work with organisations of all sizes, from small charities and local sport clubs to major international federations and UN agencies. The approach is always bespoke — scaled to your context and resources.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. The majority of our work is international. We have worked in more than 40 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas. All work is adapted to local legal frameworks, governance structures, and cultural contexts.
Can you deliver training/material in languages other than English?
Yes, we can deliver training and/or produce material in English, Spanish, Italian and French. When needed, we work with specialist interpreters and/or translators to produce materials in different languages. All our interpreters and translators understand safeguarding/human rights specific terminology. For specific language requirements, please raise this in your initial enquiry so we can advise on the best approach.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the scope. A baseline assessment typically takes four to eight weeks. A full framework development engagement may run for four-six months to a year. We will try to adapt to your timeframe if possible. Training programmes can be bespoke and delivered as single sessions or as part of a longer capacity-building programme over several months. We will advise you on what programme cannot be shortened due to the topic. We will always be clear about our timeline at the scoping stage.
Do you offer pro bono or reduced-rate work?
We reserve a proportion of our capacity for organisations working in under-resourced contexts where safeguarding needs are high and funding is limited. If this applies to your organisation, please raise it in your initial enquiry. We will help if we can.
